Diploma III in Room Division Study Programme

The Room Division Study Programme is one of the Diploma 3 study programmes under the Department of Hospitality. The Room Division Study Programme has been accredited by the National Accreditation Agency (BAN-PT), with lecturers and teaching staff who have bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees and experience both at home and abroad.

In order to produce competent students in the field of Room Division, facilities and infrastructure of international standard practical laboratories are available, including a Front Office (Lobby) simulation room, Housekeeping/Guest room simulation, Micros Fidelio Laboratory, Laundry Practice Laboratory, Dry Cleaning, Guest House/Hotel Practice, as well as language, IT, library and hotspot facilities.

Upon completion of this educational programme, graduates will have acquired competencies in the operational management of the Rooms Division.

6 semesters (3-4 years) | Study load: 110-120 credits | Title awarded: Associate Degree in Tourism (A.Md.Par).

  • Maintaining service quality in the Rooms Division.
  • Entrepreneurship creates jobs in the laundry service sector, building cleaning services and florist services.

Penyedia Bus Wisata dengan kapasitas 32 Seat digunakan mahasiswa untuk melakukan praktek penanganan tamu di dalam bus

Travel Simulator

Digunakan untuk praktek pelaksanaan pelayanan tamu yang akan membeli tiket atau paket wisata baik secara langsung, melalui sambungan telepon
