The Diploma 3 Programme in Food and Beverage Management, under the Department of Hospitality, aims to produce graduates who are capable, knowledgeable and competent in managing food and beverage service operations. The Food and Beverage Management programme is accredited by BAN-PT, with lecturers and teaching staff holding Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees and possessing both domestic and international experience, ensuring that graduates are of high quality and competitive both nationally and internationally.
In order to produce students who are competent in the field of Food and Beverage Service, facilities and infrastructure are available, including a 4-star standard Restaurant, Bar, Steward, Room Service, Banquet, Lounge, as well as language laboratories, IT laboratories, a library and Wi-Fi Internet facilities.
Upon completion of this educational programme, graduates will have the competence to manage services in the food and beverage service sector.
6 semesters (3-4 years) | Study load: 110-120 credits | Title awarded: Associate Degree in Tourism (A.Md.Par).
