This decree governs policies to support access to higher education for students facing financial hardship regarding the waiver or reduction of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) tuition fees for eligible students within Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. The key issues addressed in this decree include:

1. Due to the students' limited personal financial capacity to pursue education at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic and to support the development of these students, it is necessary to provide education to students who meet the requirements.
2. Based on point (a) above, the said students shall be subject to a zero-rupiah or zero-percent charge on the applicable non-tax revenue within the Ministry of Tourism;
3. The students whose names are listed in the appendix of this decree are deemed to meet the condition for the imposition of zero-percent rupiah or zero-percent charge on the said non-tax state revenue.

1. One of the facilities available to the students of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic in 2024 is the Male and Female Dormitories. It is therefore deemed necessary to issue a formal decision concerning the students residing in these dormitories.
2. The students whose names are listed in this decree are deemed to have met the requirements for residing in the Male and Female Dormitories of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic in 2024
