- Due to the students' limited personal financial capacity to pursue education at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic and to support the development of these students, it is necessary to provide education to students who meet the requirements.
- Based on point (a) above, the said students shall be subject to a zero-rupiah or zero-percent charge on the applicable non-tax revenue within the Ministry of Tourism;
- The students whose names are listed in the appendix of this decree are deemed to meet the condition for the imposition of zero-percent rupiah or zero-percent charge on the said non-tax state revenue.

📥 VIEW DOCUMENT- Female employees who are pregnant are entitled to continue performing their duties until the start of maternity leave and must remain actively working up to 7 (seven) calendar days before the estimated delivery date, except when a medical certificate recommends earlier rest due to health reasons.
- Except for outsourced staff (e.g., cleaner, security, or gardener) who follow the provisions of their respective service providers, all staff members are entitled to use the Child Care Room (nursing and childcare facilities) provided by the institution.
